Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Entry Level | SaaS
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 base + £12,000 OTE

The Opportunity
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be at the front line of the sales function, responsible for generating pipeline and creating high-quality opportunities for the wider sales team. You’ll gain invaluable experience through outbound activity, relationship building, and direct mentorship from senior sales leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect new clients through cold calling, door knocking, and targeted outbound activity
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers
- Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities
- Book high-quality meetings for senior members of the sales team
- Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn how deals are managed and closed
- Accurately track activity and performance using CRM systems
- Represent the business professionally in the field

- Genuine interest in SaaS, technology, and commercial development
- Full UK driving licence required
