We’re partnered with a high-growth fintech company looking to hire a Data Lead to take ownership of a critical data platform that powers commercial performance and incentive models across Europe.

These systems distribute tens of millions of pounds annually, making them a core part of how the organisation scales its commercial teams and measures success.

They’re looking for a Data Lead who can lead a small team of Analytics Engineers while remaining hands-on technically, designing scalable data solutions that translate complex commercial strategies into reliable systems.

As a Data Lead, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, engineering, and commercial teams, working closely with product and engineering partners to build data products that support a rapidly growing organisation.

This Data Lead role is high-impact, where the work you do will directly influence how the business drives performance and rewards growth.

Experience needed

• 3+ years in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering roles
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong SQL and modern data stack experience (dbt preferred)
• Experience with Python and orchestration tools such as Airflow
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and data products
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders
