Our Mission

Pepper is an award-winning, creator-first social media agency, with a human approach at its core.

As a Senior Paid Social Executive, you’ll be a key member of our growing Paid Media team, responsible for planning, executing, and optimising high-performing paid social campaigns. You’ll bring strong hands-on expertise across Meta and TikTok, with the confidence to manage campaigns independently while contributing to strategy.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years experience who is ready to step up, take ownership of accounts and play a more strategic role in campaign delivery. You’ll work closely with the Account Manager to help develop your career and skill set.

The role is fully remote, with occasional opportunities or in-person client meetings and team collaboration.

Outcomes

To succeed in this role, you’ll combine technical expertise with a strong analytical mindset and creative curiosity. You’ll take owners of campaign execution and optimisation across key platforms, ensuring budgets are spent efficiently and performance targets are met or exceeded.

You’ll play an important role in shaping performance strategy, testing new ideas, and driving continuous improvement across accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, build and manage paid social campaigns primarily across Meta and TikTok
  • Support and learn additional platform activations (LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Yahoo) where relevant
  • Develop full funnel campaign structures (awareness, consideration, conversion)
  • Build and test audiences including custom audiences, lookalikes and retargeting strategies
  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative teams to brief assets
  • Manage campaign budgets to hit KPI’s including CPA, ROAS and revenue targets
  • Be able to lead on 1+ key client account/s

Performance Optimisation & Analysis

  • Monitor live campaigns daily and proactively identify optimisation opportunities
  • Conduct A/B testing
  • Analyse performance data
  • Produce and build regular reports that highlight performance, learnings and next steps
  • Support improvements in reporting processes

  • Client & Team Collaboration

    • Support Account Managers in client communication and performance updates
    • Talk through campaign results and optimisations in client calls
    • Work closely with influencer and organic teams to gain access to social channels
    • Share platform knowledge and testing insights with wider teams

    Essential Requirements

    • 2+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally within an agency
    • Confident in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
    • Proven experience managing budgets and driving performance targets against KPIs
    • Confident in Excel or Google Sheets
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Who?

    • Ambitious and motivated to step into a more senior role
    • Likes to work in an agile team and have influence over decision-making
    • Passionate about keeping ahead of digital trends, testing new ideas, and pushing for innovation.
    • Excited to grow into new areas like PPC and other paid media channels.

    Competencies

    • Proactive: you anticipate challenges and opportunities before they arise.
    • Problem-Solving: you seek creative solutions, not roadblocks.
    • Supportive: you lift others up and share your knowledge generously.
    • Ownership-Driven: you take pride in accountability and high standards.
