A&D Sales Manager – Luxury Interiors

London | £45,000 – £65,000 basic + commission | Guaranteed commission Year 1


We’re recruiting an A&D Sales Manager to develop and grow relationships with architects, interior designers and design studios across London for a globally recognised luxury KBB brand.


This is a brand-new role focused on building specification within the luxury interior design market.


If you have experience selling design-led products into A&D practices and enjoy building long-term relationships within the design community, this role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a key sales channel.


The Opportunity

  • Guaranteed commission in Year 1


Package

  • £45,000 – £65,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
  • Guaranteed commission year one
  • Ongoing commission / bonus structure
  • Opportunity to build a key market channel


The Role

As A&D Sales Manager, you will focus on developing relationships within London’s architectural and interior design community.


Responsibilities include:

  • Developing relationships with architects, interior designers and design studios
  • Driving product specification into high-end residential and luxury projects
  • Delivering product presentations and design consultations
  • Working with design practices from concept through to project completion
  • Building relationships with developers, contractors and design-led projects
  • Growing brand awareness within the A&D and luxury interiors market


About You

We’re looking for candidates with experience selling design-led products into the architectural and interior design sector.

Ideal backgrounds include:

Specification sales

KBB / bathrooms / surfaces / interior finishes

Architectural products

Commercial or luxury residential interiors


You should have experience:

Selling into architects, interior designers or specifiers

Winning product specification into projects

Building relationships within the design community

Working on design-led or luxury projects


You do not need an established black book of contacts, but you must be confident developing relationships within the A&D market.
