We are Kiltane, an Edinburgh based brand specialising in cashmere and dedicated to creating easy-to-wear timeless luxury for everyday living.


As we expand into central London, we are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our store and deliver an outstanding brand experience to our clients. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a heritage brand and to be part of something truly special.


About the role

We are recruiting a Full-Time Store Manager for our new central London store.


Candidates must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in store management, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment. Applications without the above experience will not be considered.


As Store Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador, leading your team to deliver exceptional client experiences while driving performance and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service within the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional level of client service
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Kiltane’s heritage, craftsmanship and values
  • Drive sales performance and ensure the team consistently achieves targets
  • Maintain impeccable standards of visual presentation across the store and back-of-house areas
  • Ensure the shop floor is fully stocked and beautifully presented at all times
  • Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
