Visum Recruitment has the pleasure of representing our client, an Engineering company who are on the lookout for a Regional Sales Engineer.

The ideal candidate will be based in or around the Manchester area and will have sound knowledge of Process Cooling Solutions for Industrial applications and work as part of a customer facing team.

Regional Sales Engineer Job Overview

• Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
• Collaborating with the Technical department and Sales teams to ensure that the requirements are met
• Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
• Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.

Regional Sales Engineer Job Requirements

• Proven ability to generate and convert your own sales leads
• Experience of CAD / drawing systems (advantageous)
• Full UK Driving License
• Willingness to travel nationwide

Regional Sales Engineer Salary & Benefits

• Circa £60,000
• Generous OTE (£25,000)
• Latest tech (laptop, iPhone)
• Company Pension contribution of 5%
• 25 days Holidays + bank holidays, with an additional day holiday for each 2 years of completed service, up to a maximum of 5 additional days
