We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with organisations across the UK within the professional services, safety and workplace wellbeing space.

This role focuses on building strong partnerships with clients, understanding their organisational needs and ensuring they are supported with the right solutions, services and programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys developing long term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and supporting organisations with workplace improvement initiatives.

As an Account Manager, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts across the UK

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers

• Understand each organisation’s priorities around safety, wellbeing and workforce development

• Identify opportunities to grow and expand existing partnerships

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive the right support and services

• Attend client meetings and industry events when required

• Maintain accurate account information and pipeline activity within the CRM system

• Support the wider commercial team in delivering sustainable revenue growth

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager or Business Development role

• Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to understand organisational needs and identify commercial opportunities

• Confident presenting and communicating with senior stakeholders

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Comfortable travelling to client meetings when required

What we offer:

• £35,000 base salary

• £15,000 commission structure with realistic first year earnings of £50,000
