About the Role

Position Title: UK Sales Manager – Heat Pump Business

Work Location: United Kingdom

To support the expansion of our GoodHeat OBM business in the European market, especially in the United Kingdom, the OBM Sales Department would like to request approval to recruit a UK Local Sales Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the UK distribution network
  • Identify and onboard installers, distributors, and system integrators
  • Promote GoodHeat heat pump and heat pump water heater solutions
  • Support technical training and product introduction to partners
  • Coordinate with headquarters on pricing, product positioning, and marketing strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and policy developments


Key Requirements

  • 5–10 years of HVAC / heat pump industry sales experience
  • Experience working for international HVAC brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of the UK heating market (heat pumps, boilers, installers)
  • Established network among distributors or installers is a strong advantage
  • Fluent English communication and strong commercial negotiation skills
