Job description

Sales Manager | Luxury Interiors Brand | London

The Client

Our client is an internationally recognised luxury interiors brand with a long-standing reputation for design excellence, craftsmanship and innovation. Their collections are regularly specified on prestigious residential and hospitality projects by some of the most respected interior designers and architects in the industry. With a strong global presence and a loyal following within the design community, the brand is known for combining refined aesthetics with exceptional product quality.

The UK market represents an important part of their continued growth strategy, particularly within London’s vibrant design scene. As a result, they are now looking to welcome a Sales Representative who can help strengthen their presence across the capital and surrounding regions. This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded brand where design, creativity and relationship-building sit at the heart of the business.

The Role

This position sits at the intersection of design and business development, offering the chance to work closely with some of the most influential architecture and interior design studios in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in building meaningful relationships with the design community, introducing the brand’s collections and supporting their specification across high-end residential projects.

The role is both strategic and hands-on. You will spend time meeting designers in their studios, presenting new collections, discussing upcoming projects and identifying opportunities to position the brand within their work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with creative professionals, thrives in a relationship-driven environment and is motivated by growing a premium brand within one of the world’s leading design markets.

Key Duties

  • Grow brand awareness and develop new opportunities within the residential design market
  • Build long-term relationships with interior designers, architects and key industry contacts
  • Present and promote the brand’s collections to design studios and decision-makers
  • Support the specification process by guiding designers toward suitable products for their projects
  • Track and nurture active projects from concept stage through to final order
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support project presentations, samples and mood boards
  • Plan and host product presentations, design talks and small events within studios or showroom settings
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, projects and client engagement through internal systems

What the Client Would Like to See (Essential)

  • Experience in a sales, account management or business development role
  • Strong interest in interior design, furniture, textiles, flooring, tiles, interiors or the broader design industry
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with design professionals
  • A proactive, self-starting approach to generating new opportunities
  • Strong organisational and communication skills

What We Would Like to See (Bonus)

  • Existing connections within London’s interior design or architecture community
  • Experience selling to designers or working with specification-led projects
  • Background within luxury, premium or design-led brands

Location: London

Start-date: ASAP

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + bonus
