Cognitive Media Group is a fast-growing B2B publishing and events business connecting global suppliers with senior decision-makers across the UK public sector, NHS and rail sectors.
We’re looking for ambitious, self-employed sales agents who want access to premium products, warm leads, and a proven audience without the usual admin, fulfilment, or delivery headaches.
The Opportunity
- Average deal value: £4,500
- Target earnings: £120k+ per annum
- Reality check: Close just 11 deals per month to hit six figures
- Commission: Uncapped

You’ll be selling integrated marketing solutions, not one-off ads — making conversations easier, deals bigger, and renewals more likely.
What You’ll Be Selling
We manage a network of over 1 million UK-based decision-makers responsible for procurement and strategy across three major verticals.
Every day, senior leaders from the UK public sector, NHS and rail industry engage with our content through:
- High-profile magazines and digital publications
- Podcasts and thought-leadership content
- Online events and webinars
- In-person conferences and invitation-only networking dinners
Your role is to package these environments into compelling campaigns that help suppliers build authority, generate demand and grow market share.
Offerings include:
- Content collaborations and sponsored thought leadership
- Event sponsorship (in-person and online)
- Demand generation campaigns
- Podcast sponsorships and branded content
