Sales Outreach Manager – Lead Qualification Focus
Location: Midlands / Hybrid | Salary: £45,000–£55,000
We are seeking an energetic Sales Outreach Manager for our client who delivers technical services across a range of industry sectors. The prime focus of this hands-on role is lead qualification— working with the marketing team to identify and developing high-quality prospects, qualifying leads, and ensuring the sales pipeline is full of genuine opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in qualifying prospects for business services and the ability to engage with technical decision-makers effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• qualify inbound and outbound sales leads.
• Assess and prioritise prospects to ensure only the most promising opportunities reach the sales team.
• Develop and refine lead qualification strategies to maximise efficiency and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on qualified leads and outreach activity.
• Work closely with the wider sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience in telesales, sales outreach, or lead qualification.
• Exceptional communication abilities.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
