About the Job
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive (Outbound B2B) to join a growing sales team. This role focuses on generating new business by engaging with SME customers and helping them advertise their services through a digital marketplace platform.
This is a high-volume outbound phone sales position where you will build and manage a national customer base across multiple service categories. You will work within a collaborative and motivated sales team focused on growth and delivering a strong customer experience.
Role Overview
This is a business development-focused role where proactive outreach is essential. You will be responsible for sourcing leads, building your own sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term customers.
You will work across multiple service verticals, including areas such as home improvement and business services, allowing you to focus on categories that best suit your experience and interests.
The role includes daily outreach targets and monthly performance KPIs, with opportunities for career growth and development for high-performing team members.
What We’re Looking For
- Outbound Sales Experience: Proven success in high-volume B2B phone sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Ability to generate leads, pitch solutions, close deals, and manage client relationships.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to quickly build rapport, understand customer needs, and present solutions clearly.
- Self-Motivated: Comfortable working independently while maintaining high activity levels.
- Team-Oriented: Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
