Business Development Manager – Vogels Mounts | onemedia

Field-based, UK-wide | Regular visits to onespace showroom, Bracknell

£42,000+ basic | £7,500 OTE (uncapped commission) | Car allowance + pension + benefits


Are you a driven field sales professional with a passion for the AV channel?


onemedia is looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow the Vogels mounts category across the UK. This is a high-impact, externally focused role — built for someone who thrives on the road, loves building relationships with AV integrators and resellers, and is energised by winning new business.


Vogels is a premium European brand with over 50 years of engineering expertise in professional display mounting solutions, covering TV and display mounts, monitor arms, projector mounts, AV trolleys, and bespoke accessories. As BDM, you'll be the sales engine for this category within the onemedia partner network.



What you'll be doing:


Proactively identifying and winning new AV integrators and resellers not currently active with Vogels or onemedia


Owning and growing a defined portfolio of active reseller and integrator accounts with regular face-to-face engagement


Building and managing a live project funnel — tracking opportunities from first contact through to close


Specifying Vogels into named projects across corporate, education, hospitality, and public sector verticals


Delivering product demos, training, and partner enablement sessions across the Vogels range


Hosting partner days and product showcases at the onemedia onespace showroom in Bracknell


Supporting industry events, roadshows, and partner launches to build Vogels brand recognition across the UK



What we're looking for:


✅ Proven track record in channel sales or business development within AV, IT, or technology distribution


✅ Experience managing and growing AV integrator, reseller, or VAR relationships


✅ Commercially sharp — confident building pipeline, progressing deals, and closing business


✅ Self-starter who can manage a field-based territory independently


✅ Strong presentation skills with experience delivering product training and demos


✅ Full UK driving licence


Bonus points for:

- Familiarity with the Vogels product range or professional AV mounts/displays

- Existing relationships within the UK AV integrator or reseller community

- Experience selling into corporate, education, hospitality, or public sector

- CRM and pipeline management experience
