Travel Specialist- Premium Travel Brand
£35k + basic - Plus a strong commission structure
Derby - Hybrid - 3-4 days in the office
My Client is one of the world’s largest premium motorcycle adventure travel operators, based in the UK, with a portfolio of more than 200 guided and self-guided tours worldwide. Our experienced head office team brings together decades of knowledge in both motorcycling and travel. As we continue to grow into new markets and destinations, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join the team.
The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all enquiries are managed effectively to maximise bookings from both new and returning customers.
You will need to gain an in-depth understanding of our product range so that you can clearly communicate the benefits of our tours, provide accurate and comprehensive information, and deliver excellent customer service. This role requires a commitment to meeting targets while maintaining the high service standards that define our reputation in the industry.
What do we need from you?
- Has proven sales experience and can consistently hit targets
- An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Tenacious and driven
- Very self-motivated
- (Bonus) Has an interest in motorcycling, travel, or tourism
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and returning customers, turning enquiries into bookings, making proactive sales calls, and building strong relationships.
