About the Role

Clip ’n Climb is seeking a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Manager / Sales Executive to help grow our franchise network across the UK and internationally.

This is primarily an office-based role, involving online meetings, cold calling, and proactive lead management to convert opportunities into successful franchise partnerships.

You will play a key role in expanding the Clip ’n Climb brand by engaging potential franchisees, nurturing leads, and managing the sales pipeline through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and digital channels
• Conduct online meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners
• Manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads to drive conversions
• Maintain accurate records and sales pipelines using a CRM system
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees
• Work closely with internal teams to support franchise sales and onboarding
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

About You

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and pipelines
• Previous experience working with franchise models (essential or highly desirable)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident in cold calling and lead generation
• Highly organised, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working with international clients across different time zones
