Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wholesale Account Manager based in our showroom on the amazing Luton Hoo Estate. The Wholesale Account Manager will oversee relationships with wholesale clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include maintaining and growing client accounts, generating sales, managing orders, handling inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth processes. The role also involves driving wholesale strategy to expand the brand’s reach within the industry.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and Wholesale operations
  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining client partnerships
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Background in fashion or retail industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools for account management and sales tracking
  • Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment
