Jackson Young is looking for a Bid Manager to join a highly regarded main contractor. This business is thriving, has a great reputation as an employer and is in a position to offer you an interesting and varied role.

• This main contractor builds some of the most interesting commercial properties in London and have an unrivalled reputation for quality. It is a company at the top of its game.
• You will not be churning out bids. This is a company that selects the projects they want to secure and puts together bespoke and creative proposals that they invariably win. If your creative juices aren't flowing currently because of the volume of bids you're having to churn out then this will be a revelation!
• You will be managing a small and experienced team.
• The company really focuses a lot of energy in this area, invests heavily in training and development to ensure you have the resources to deliver.
