National Sales Manager – Industrial / Engineering Sector

We’re working with a fast-growing industrial and engineering business that is looking for a National Sales Manager to lead and scale a high-performing sales team across the UK.

This is not a “keep things ticking over” role.

This is a role for a sales leader who wants to build, coach and win.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and developing a national team of Area Sales Managers and Business Development Managers
• Driving new business growth across key industrial and engineering sectors
• Building a high-performance sales culture focused on activity, accountability and results
• Coaching and developing salespeople to exceed targets
• Working closely with senior leadership to execute commercial strategy

What we’re looking for:

• A proven sales leader with experience in industrial, engineering, construction or technical product sales
• Someone who understands how to build pipeline, drive activity and close deals
• Experience managing regional or national sales teams
• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to win in competitive markets
• A leader who sets the pace and raises the standard
