Salary £50,000 to £55,000 basic, OTE £16k+ uncapped

THE ROLE: Market-leading international manufacturer of resuscitation & medical equipment seeking a driven healthcare distributor manager. Field-based, managing regional/national distributor accounts, driving sales, training, product demos, and business growth.

THE COMPANY: 7,500 employees worldwide, UK sales team ~90. Recognised leader in medical equipment with offices in US, Germany & UK. Strong focus on staff training & career progression.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS: Distributor account experience in healthcare or related industry, Yorkshire/NE based, full driving licence (≤6 points).

PACKAGE: £50-55k basic + £16k+ OTE, healthcare, pension, 25 days holiday, car allowance £600/month.
