Regional Sales Manager – Truck & Bus Tyres (Central UK)

Location: Central UK – Ideal locations include Birmingham, Manchester, or Sheffield

Job Type: Field-Based

Salary: £50,000 – £57,000 Base + Commission + Company Car + Pension


About the Company

Our client is a well-established global manufacturer in the commercial tyre industry, supplying

high-quality Truck & Bus tyre solutions to fleets, dealers, and distribution partners across the UK and Europe.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive

business development and strengthen relationships with fleet customers and dealer partners across the Central UK region.


The Role

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial relationships,

identifying new fleet opportunities, and growing market share within your territory.

You will work closely with dealer partners and internal teams to expand the customer base and

maximise sales performance within the region.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing fleet customers and dealer partners

• Identify and convert new fleet accounts within the region

• Drive sales growth for Truck & Bus tyre products

• Work closely with distribution partners to maximise product mix and profitability

• Act as the key liaison between fleet owners, dealers, and head office

• Support national fleet contracts and regional marketing events

• Identify training needs within the dealer network and support development initiatives


Candidate Profile

We are looking for a commercially driven sales professional with experience in the commercial

vehicle or tyre sector.


Requirements:

• Proven field sales experience

• Experience working within the tyre industry or commercial vehicle sector

• Strong understanding of fleet customers and dealer networks

• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage a regional territory independently

• Strong organisational and communication skills
