We're conducting a confidential search for a phone-led outbound sales hire for a European financial services platform with a 20-year track record of delivering financial advice and investment solutions. Having entered the UK market in 2024, they invest and build businesses with the goal to transform and innovate the financial industry.

The role is focused on engaging CEOs/Principals of IFA and wealth management firms, opening senior conversations and booking qualified meetings around a strategic partnership proposition (minority stake / growth-support platform). The role will involve cold calls, so it would suit someone with an outgoing personality and client relationship development and management skills.

If you enjoy high-quality outbound, strong coaching, clear KPIs, and a meaningful OTE, this may be worth exploring further.

You must have 1-2 years experience working in Financial Services and a good academic record.
