Industrial Sales Executive – Humberside

Are you an experienced Industrial Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or Area Sales Manager looking for your next challenge in the MRO and industrial equipment supply industry?

At Air Cat Ltd, we are looking for a driven Industrial Sales Executive to take ownership of developing and growing sales opportunities across the Humberside region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and supportive team based in Kingston upon Hull, working together to maximise growth and strengthen our presence in the market.

In this role, you will focus on building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our existing customer base. Working closely with our experienced team, you will play a key role in delivering continued success for Air Cat.

Role Details

• Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 (dependent on experience)
• Bonus: Over-target bonus scheme
• Location: Kingston upon Hull / Humberside
• Category: Field-based role
• Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for a self-motivated and proactive Sales Executive who can thrive in a dynamic industrial sales environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A good level of knowledge within the MRO sector and the types of products we supply, although candidates with relevant crossover industry experience will also be considered.
• A high level of motivation, drive, and enthusiasm to generate and grow sales opportunities.
• Proven external sales experience, ideally within industrial, engineering, or technical markets.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with new prospects, including cold calling across multiple industries.
• The ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of your territory while delivering results and bringing forward new ideas.
• A genuine interest in learning and developing knowledge of our engineering-focused product range.
