Senior Sales Manager – International B2B Events

London | Hybrid working

£35,000–£45,000 base + commission

A global B2B events business operating in the sustainability sector is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across its North American portfolio.

This role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on revenue generation. You’ll be responsible for selling exhibition space and sponsorship packages, developing relationships with key industry players, and identifying new market opportunities within a fast-growing international events portfolio.

The position would suit someone with a strong background in B2B events sales who is confident managing high-value accounts, building pipeline and closing deals in a competitive global market.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving revenue through exhibition stand and sponsorship sales
• Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
• Developing tailored proposals for major clients and partners
• Identifying new markets, prospects and growth opportunities
• Managing pipeline forecasting and CRM reporting
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Representing the business at industry events and conferences

• Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within the events sector
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience managing high-value client relationships
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Confident presenting proposals and building senior stakeholder relationships
• Highly organised with strong pipeline and CRM management
