Role Overview

As a Rugby Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by selling access to some of the most sought‑after rugby fixtures on the calendar, including the Six Nations, Autumn Internationals, and major domestic and European competitions. You will receive full training, benefit from uncapped commission, and have clear opportunities for progression within a rapidly expanding organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive outreach to senior decision‑makers
  • Manage and develop a personal portfolio of client accounts
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle

Candidate Profile

  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • 1-2 years sales experience with a proven track record
  • Highly self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient
  • Able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced, competitive environment
  • Strong interest in rugby and the wider sports hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Enthusiastic, coachable, and committed to continuous development
