NHS PATHWAYS CLINICIANS REQUIRED – URGENT OPPORTUNITY

Job description

360Medicare Personnel Limited is currently inviting applications from experienced NHS Pathways trained clinicians for onsite roles based in Crawley and Medway, United Kingdom.

This role involves supporting urgent and unscheduled care services, providing clinical triage and patient assessment within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Who Can Apply

✔ Registered Adult Nurses – registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)

✔ Paramedics / Clinicians – registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

✔ Clinicians with NHS Pathways training and current updates

✔ Minimum 2 years post-registration experience since 2020

✔ Experience in urgent care, emergency care, or unscheduled care

Additional Requirements

• Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

• Experience supporting less experienced clinicians or staff development

• Ability to communicate clinical information clearly and sensitively with patients, relatives, and healthcare professionals

✔ Followed by 2 weeks of mentored shifts
