Apollo Radiology International (ARI) is expanding in the UK. We are looking for an HCPC registered radiographer who wants to step into a service delivery management role. You will lead the Service Delivery Team (SDT) and take day-to-day ownership of turnaround time (TAT) performance against contractual KPIs, while keeping quality and patient safety at the centre of delivery.

What you’ll do

Performance delivery (TAT ownership)

  • Be accountable for daily reporting performance, with a primary focus on TAT delivery against contractual KPIs.
  • Monitor workload and performance in real time, share daily status, and intervene early to prevent breaches.
  • Own prioritisation, allocation discipline, ageing controls, escalation, and recovery actions when performance is at risk.
  • Engage reporters/radiologists and stakeholders directly where required to secure delivery within KPI.
  • Build good working relationships with our reporters and use those relationships to manage capacity in real-time

Team leadership and standards

  • Lead, coach and develop the SDT, setting clear expectations and embedding standardised SOPs.
  • Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Operational workflow and stakeholder management

  • Own operational handling of rejects, splits, queries, and blocked workflow items to maintain safe, consistent standards.
  • Lead daily operational calls and act as a key point of contact across SDT, radiologists, clients, and platform/PACS vendors.
  • Support peer review administration and governance responses with clear evidence and action tracking.

Essentials (please only apply if you meet these)

  • HCPC registered Radiographer (essential).
  • Clinical experience in imaging services, ideally with cross-sectional exposure (CT/MR) and understanding of clinical pathways and reportability requirements.
  • Understanding of reporting workflows and operational processes that impact TAT.
  • Evidence of service improvement or operational problem-solving (measurable impact preferred).
  • Comfortable leading day-to-day delivery in a fast-paced environment (formal line management helpful, not essential).

Desirable

  • Teleradiology / imaging operations experience.
  • PACS/RIS familiarity and awareness of DICOM/HL7.
  • Exposure to governance, incidents/complaints, or peer review processes.

Recruitment Process

  • Stage 1 Interviews 18/03 - 20/03 (Interviews scheduled for 60 mins via MS Teams)
  • Stage 2 Interviews 25/03 (Interviews scheduled for 45 mins via MS Teams)
