This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispensing Optician at our West Midlands location. The Dispensing Optician will assist clients with selecting and fitting eyewear, interpreting prescriptions, performing adjustments, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. Key responsibilities also include educating clients about lens options, managing frames and lenses, and supporting the overall operations of the practice.

• Knowledge of optics, including lens types, materials, and functionality
• Expertise in optometry, including understanding prescriptions and assisting clients with personalized solutions
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
• Familiarity with performing eye exams and providing guidance tailored to individual needs is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a polished, professional demeanor
• National certification or licensure as a Dispensing Optician is highly advantageous
• Experience in high-end or luxury retail settings is a bonus
