We are currently recruiting Consultant Physicians in Stroke Medicine for multiple hospitals across Ireland.

The Role
You will join an established Acute Stroke Service providing:
- Hyperacute & acute stroke care
- Thrombolysis services (and thrombectomy pathways where applicable)
- Stroke ward management
- TIA clinics
- Post-stroke follow-up and secondary prevention
- Participation in audit, governance & service development
Most posts include a combination of:
- Acute Stroke
- General Internal Medicine (where required)
- On-call commitment (varies by site)
Requirements
- Full registration (or eligibility) with the Irish Medical Council
- CCT in Stroke Medicine and Internal Medicine
- Significant experience in acute stroke management
Salary & Benefits
- HSE Consultant Salary Scale 235,862 - 283,318 euros per year to work 37 hours per week, any extra hours are paid on top of that.
