Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Design Engineer to join our team on-site in Kingston upon Hull, England. The role involves designing and developing innovative products and equipment to support the needs of our clients. Key responsibilities includes refining product designs, creating technical drawings using SolidWorks software, collaborating with the engineering team on mechanical and electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and overseeing product testing and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design/Mechanical Engineering and/or Product Design is required.
• Strong skills in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with SolidWorks tools and AutoCAD would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control practices.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience or understanding of food processing and medical equipment (Beneficial)
• Sheet metal design/fabrication (Essential)
