We are partnering with a fast-growing technology company building modern software platforms that help enterprise organisations solve complex operational and data challenges.

They are looking for a Solutions Engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, product, and enterprise sales. This is an exciting opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving technical problems while collaborating closely with customers.

In this role, you will help organisations unlock the value of a powerful platform by designing solutions, delivering technical demonstrations, and guiding successful implementation.

The Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey.

You will work closely with account executives, product managers, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations.

This role combines technical architecture, system integration, and customer engagement, helping organisations adopt modern cloud, AI, and data technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Work with enterprise customers to understand technical requirements and solution architecture

• Design and deliver technical product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases

• Lead proof-of-concepts and technical validations during the sales process

• Support integrations with customer systems, APIs, and data platforms

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback

• Provide guidance on best practices for deploying and scaling the platform

• Troubleshoot integration challenges and support successful customer adoption

Technology Environment

The platform integrates with modern technology stacks including:

• Cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

• APIs and distributed services

• Data platforms including Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and Kafka

• SaaS integrations and enterprise software ecosystems

• Automation and scripting using Python or JavaScript

We’re Looking For

• Experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting

• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Experience delivering technical demos and proof-of-concept implementations

• Passion for solving customer problems and working in fast-moving technology environments
