We’re partnered with a high-growth fintech company looking to hire an Analytics Engineering Manager to take ownership of a critical data platform that powers commercial performance and incentive models across Europe.

These systems distribute tens of millions of pounds annually, making them a core part of how the organisation scales its commercial teams and measures success.

They’re looking for an Analytics Engineering Manager who can lead a small team of Analytics Engineers while remaining hands-on technically, designing scalable data solutions that translate complex commercial strategies into reliable systems.

As an Analytics Engineering Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, engineering, and commercial teams, working closely with product and engineering partners to build data products that support a rapidly growing organisation.

This Analytics Engineering Manager role is high-impact, where the work you do will directly influence how the business drives performance and rewards growth.

Experience needed

• 3+ years in Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering roles
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• Strong SQL and modern data stack experience (dbt preferred)
• Experience with Python and orchestration tools such as Airflow
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and data products
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders
