We’re Hiring: CHP Plant Operator - 12month Fixed Term Contract/Potential to extend.


We are currently looking for an Operator to join a heavy industrial manufacturing site in Kent and support the operation of our CHP plant and water treatment systems. This is a great opportunity for someone with utilities, plant operations, or water treatment experience who wants to work in a safety-focused and technically engaging environment.


Key responsibilities include:


Monitoring utilities equipment and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation

Recording operating parameters and maintaining accurate logs (including SAP)

Supporting the operation of the CHP water treatment plant

Carrying out routine water sampling and testing to maintain quality standards

Reporting plant anomalies and assisting with maintenance planning

Ensuring consistent water supply to CHP demineralisation tanks

Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the plant

Supporting SOP and risk assessment development with senior operators

Completing daily plant checks and escalating defects where required

Participating in an on-call rota to support operational needs
