Electrical Supervisor

Job description

Electrical Supervisor – salary £34,703, permanent position, onsite work. Location, Anglesey. Pension, Training & enhanced leave allowance available.

Responsibilities:

• As an Electrical Supervisor, you will supervise complex aircraft maintenance activities, work independently using approved technical data and instructions, and ensure compliance with our Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE).
• Provide flexibility during peak flying periods by supporting the flying task during the busiest parts of the day.
• Undertake Out-of-Phase (OOP) maintenance tasks during aircraft turnarounds.
• Assist aircrew with crew-in rectification to ensure operational readiness.
• Make decisions and take actions within authorised limits, based on trade, experience, and competence.

Required experience:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, fully competent with all required authorities in place.
• Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical Engineering or a military equivalent.
• Minimum academic qualification: City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance, or an equivalent certification.
