Job Title: Shift Electrician

Job Location: Swanwick, Southampton

Hours/Timing: 40 hrs/week & (1st week: 6AM - 3PM) & (2nd week: 2PM - 11PM)

Job Overview:

We're looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer who will ensure that all equipment and services are maintained and operated safely and in compliance with Health & Safety requirements.

Role Responsibilities

• Carry out Planned Maintenance and Reactive Works on electrical services and equipment.
• Conduct periodic NICEIC inspections and maintain accurate logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
• Undertake electrical repairs and installations as appropriate and report any defects during service visits.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of statutory regulations and adhere to all site safety procedures.
• Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time and support site compliance activities, including acting as QS once suitable site knowledge is gained.
• Must be available to join a call out rota. This will be 1 in 4.

Required Qualifications:

• 18th Edition
• City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection
