Air Conditioning Service Engineer | Kent, London & Surrounding Areas

We’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our growing team and become part of a well-established company with a strong reputation for quality service.

If you have a solid background in servicing, maintenance, and repairs, and you take pride in delivering excellent work and customer service, this could be a great next step for you.

You’ll be working across Kent, London, and the surrounding areas, supporting both residential and commercial clients on a variety of air conditioning systems.

What the role involves

• Servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems including Splits, Multis, VRVs, and FCUs
• Working across a mix of residential and commercial sites
• Representing the business professionally and delivering a high standard of customer care
• Occasionally working outside standard hours when needed to support customers

What we’re looking for

• You live within 15 miles of our warehouse in Dartford, DA2 7ER
• You hold a full UK driving licence
• You have at least 8 years of industry experience
• You are organised, reliable, and take pride in your work
• You are confident managing multiple tasks and problem-solving independently
• You have good IT skills
• You bring a positive, flexible, and customer-focused attitude

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who hold some of the following:

Technical qualifications

• F-Gas
• Safe Handling
• Electrical
• City & Guilds

Health & Safety certifications

• CSCS
• PASMA
• IPAF
• Or similar equivalent qualifications
