Potensis Selection are working with a leading housebuilder who are currently looking to recruit for a strong Technical Manager to join their growing Technical team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage external consultants to deliver production information on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Oversee planning compliance, discharge of conditions, Building Regulations, NHBC submissions, and legal agreements to secure timely approvals.
- Manage the design programme, ensuring all construction drawings align with approved plans and project timelines.
- Monitor technical budgets and consultant fees in collaboration with Commercial teams to maintain cost control.
- Serve as the main technical point of contact: coordinate stakeholders, resolve site queries, and support construction delivery.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience working as a Senior Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager
- A qualification from a recognised institution such as RICS, CIOB, CIAT, or RIBA is advantageous
- Strong understanding of building regulations, design risk, and coordination
- Manages design and construction meetings to ensure alignment, compliance, and timely decision making
- Proactive and confident in managing multiple projects
- Committed to quality design, buildability, and customer satisfaction
