We’re Hiring: Planner (Contract or Permanent)

Are you a detail-driven planning professional with a passion for construction and project delivery? Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our projects from bid to handover!


About the Role

As a Planner, you’ll work closely with our Bid Manager, Project Teams, Designers, Sub-Contractors, and clients to provide efficient, accurate, and insightful planning support. You’ll help drive both winning bids and successful project delivery, ensuring schedules, programmes, and performance reports are top-notch.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, update, and monitor detailed programmes for projects of all sizes.
  • Contribute to bid-winning strategies and tender submissions.
  • Introduce changes and improvements to programmes to optimise delivery.
  • Analyse risk and resource requirements, ensuring robust project planning.
  • Support post-tender handover to project teams with clear knowledge transfer.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues on planning best practices.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong working knowledge of construction methods, outputs, and commercial/contractual requirements.
  • Expertise in planning software, especially Primavera P6, and programming techniques.
  • Ability to evaluate and analyse supply chain programmes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.


Contract Details & Salary

This role is available as either a 3-month contract or a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £65,000–£75,000.
