Field Commissioning Engineer – Process Equipment

Up to £60,000 | UK Field Based

We are working with a specialist engineering company that designs, builds and installs bespoke process equipment for customers across a range of regulated and industrial sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Field Commissioning Engineer to support the final stage of project delivery, commissioning equipment at client sites across the UK.

This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on commissioning, problem solving and working on customer sites.

The Role

• Commissioning newly installed process equipment and systems
• Working with PLC-controlled machinery and instrumentation
• Carrying out Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
• Fault finding and troubleshooting during commissioning
• Supporting installation teams during project completion
• Producing commissioning reports and technical documentation
• Liaising with customers during final project handover

What We're Looking For

• Experience commissioning process equipment or automated machinery
• Knowledge of PLC control systems
• FAT / SAT testing experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK

Salary up to £60,000
