Test Engineer

We’re hiring a Test Engineer to join a growing company, working to validate next-generation hardware designed for extreme environments. You’ll work across a diverse hardware stack from embedded electronics and energy systems to composite structures and autonomous platforms ensuring systems perform reliably where failure isn’t an option.

This role sits at the heart of the R&D process, where the test frameworks you build and the insights you deliver will directly shape the performance, safety, and reliability of real-world deployments.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and operate custom testbeds for complex hardware systems
• Execute environmental, vibration, fatigue, thermal, and structural tests
• Work with cold chambers, vibration tables, structural rigs, and data acquisition systems
• Translate results into clear engineering insights and design improvements
• Support the development of an in-house R&D testing lab

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 3+ years’ hands-on testing or prototyping experience in a lab or workshop environment
• Experience developing environmental or structural test setups
• Familiarity with standards such as MIL-STD 810H, IP/IK, CE, or UL
• Experience designing test systems and automated testing processes
