Job description

Step into a role where every system you create drives real-time trading across global digital asset markets.

The Dealer platform powers broker-dealers with trading, liquidity management, risk controls, and post-trade workflows, letting institutions operate seamlessly across multiple venues. Your work will be critical to building the backbone of modern digital asset trading.

In this role, you will design and implement backend services for order routing, market data aggregation, pre-trade risk checks, position management, and settlement. You will tackle distributed, low-latency systems where precision, scalability, and reliability are non-negotiable.

Collaboration with Product, Client Services, and Infrastructure teams will let you shape features from concept to production and see your solutions in action every day.

You will need to be coming in with at least 5 years of experience working directly on trading systems using Go, Java, C++, C# or Python. You will need to understand distributed systems, concurrency, and high-throughput architectures to really help you hit the ground running.
