We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – London & South Region ✨


A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join Splendid Hospitality Group, driving growth across our hotels in the London & South Region.


Location: Based, Euston London with travel across our regional hotels and client locations.


Working closely with our Director of Sales, you’ll uncover opportunities, expand our client base, and strengthen relationships across Meetings & Events, Business Transient, Business Group, and Leisure Group segments.


The Role

As Sales Manager, you’ll play a central role in expanding our reach and generating revenue growth across a diverse hotel portfolio.


Your day-to-day will include:

  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities across multiple sectors
  • Generating leads through research, networking, outreach, and cold calling
  • Building strong relationships with event agents, corporate clients, TMCs, group operators and leisure partners
  • Elevating the presence of SHG hotels across the region through local networking and industry events
  • Promoting our properties and driving cross-sell across the SHG portfolio
  • Staying informed about industry and competitor trends to identify opportunities
  • Meeting sales targets, capturing activity through Salesforce, and delivering weekly client appointments


This role involves travel across our London & South region hotels while supporting the wider SHG portfolio.


About You

We’re looking for an experienced sales professional who is:


  • Proactive, naturally inquisitive, and confident starting conversations
  • Motivated by achieving (and exceeding!) goals and sales targets
  • Skilled at building rapport and nurturing relationships from the ground up
  • Comfortable picking up the phone, networking, presenting and representing our hotels with confidence
  • A strong communicator and team player with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Happy to travel between clients, hotels, and regional events


Bonus points for hotel sales experience, Salesforce knowledge and experience presenting to clients.
