West London | Hybrid (3 days per week on site)

£50,000 - £55,000 + bonus

Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow relationships with major retail and distribution partners across key accounts
  • Build and deliver commercial plans to drive sales growth, strengthen brand presence, and support market expansion
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts, monitor account performance, and provide regular reporting and insight
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to support launches and wider commercial initiatives
  • Ensure strong brand representation and consistent product positioning across partner accounts
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and help shape account strategies in line with business objectives


Requirements


  • Experience managing key accounts within beauty, skincare, or consumer goods
  • Strong commercial capability, including negotiation, account planning, and strategic thinking
  • Previous experience working with high street retailers e.g. M&S, John Lewis, Holland & Barrett
  • Confident analysing sales performance and using data to inform decisions and opportunities
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
