Title: Founding Enterprise Account Executive - Agentic AI Security (UK/EMEA)

The Opportunity:

Our client is a California-based, venture-backed startup at the absolute frontier of AI and cybersecurity. While 42% of companies have already deployed autonomous AI agents, most lack the necessary controls to prevent rogue behaviour, prompt injections, or data exfiltration.

Our client’s solution provides the first AI-native security solution specifically built for agentic applications.

We are looking for their first hire in the UK/EMEA region to plant the flag and scale from zero to the first $1M ARR in the territory.

What You Will Do:

• Act as a Builder: You will be responsible for the entire sales motion, from initial hunting to closing, while building the playbook for Europe.
• Land and Expand: Focus on high-velocity "land" deals (50k–100k) to secure early logos, particularly in the financial services and high-tech sectors.
• Channel Development: While leading direct sales, you will begin identifying and nurturing nimble channel partners and distributors across the UK and EMEA.
• Permissionless Creativity: You will have the autonomy to create your own demos, pitch decks, and regional strategies, feeding real-time market feedback back to the US-based HQ.

Who You Are:

• The "Scrappy" Veteran: You have 5–10 years of security sales experience and a proven track record of being a "hunter".
• Early-Stage DNA: Ideally, you have been a 2nd or 3rd hire in a region before. You understand the "grit and grind" required when there is no established brand or local marketing machinery.
• AI-Fluent: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you must be a "learner" who understands that English is the new programming language and can articulate the risks of autonomous agents.
• Resilient: You have a "thick skin" and the maturity to handle the rejection and ambiguity of a true 0-to-1 market expansion.
