As a TikTok Shop Specialist, you’ll play a key role in building and scaling our presence on TikTok Shop, working closely with marketing, product, logistics, and leadership to turn social engagement into measurable sales. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with new products, creator partnerships, and live selling strategies while optimising listings, campaigns, and performance.

The Role
We’re seeking a proactive TikTok Shop Specialist to manage and grow our TikTok Shop presence. You’ll combine hands-on execution—optimising product listings, managing promotions, and monitoring performance—with strategic initiatives such as creator collaborations, campaign planning, and scaling high-performing products.

Key Responsibilities
Manage TikTok Shop operations
- Own and optimise product listings including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure product pages are optimised for visibility, engagement, and conversion
Drive sales performance
- Monitor sales metrics, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement
- Identify trends and implement strategies to scale winning products
Creator & affiliate collaboration
- Identify and onboard TikTok creators and affiliates to promote products
- Manage influencer partnerships, product seeding, and performance tracking
Campaign & promotional strategy
- Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns, seasonal promotions, and flash sales
- Support live shopping and social commerce initiatives
Inventory & order management
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely fulfilment
Customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and service performance
- Work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer journey
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product development, and leadership to test new products, trends, and campaign ideas
✅ What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Experience managing TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creators, and live selling
- Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple campaigns and products
- Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
Desirable
- Experience working with creators, affiliates, or influencer marketing
- Background in ecommerce, marketplaces, or FMCG
- Familiarity with TikTok advertising, social media marketing, or content optimisation
- Experience launching products or scaling social commerce channels
