The Role


We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team to cover part of our EMEA region. In this role, you will build and manage strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You should be adept at engaging with multiple stakeholders, mastering sales tools, and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities


  • Sales Cycle Management: Own full sales cycle from prospecting, and cold calling, to deal structuring and negotiation, to closing customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with targeted customers to identify business processes in need of digital transformation and position TradeBeyond outstanding ability to tackle critical business problems.
  • Planning and Execution: Develop and own coordinated account planning and opportunity planning process, leading to accurate forecasting of the business.
  • Collaboration and Communication - Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales, SDR, and Professional Services, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure aligned directions, facilitate smooth hand-offs, and drive a successful customer experience.
  • Account Management - Leverage exceptional account leadership skills to identify and pursue expansion opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling within targeted accounts.
  • Performance Accountability: Manage daily sales efforts to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Reporting: Develop and deliver progress reports, pipeline reports, proposals, and presentations to management for continuous improvement.
  • CRM Utilization: Learn and document all activities using the Company CRM (Salesforce.com).

Qualifications:


  • Education: BA/BS degree preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in inside and outside sales within an enterprise software company (experience in PLM, ERP, Procurement, or Supply Chain software is a plus).
  • Software Sales: Proven experience selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Leadership: Innovative leader with a strategic mindset and a record of accomplishment of achieving results.
  • Sales Development: Demonstrated success in collaborating with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for pipeline development and lead qualification.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with retail, CPG, private label product development, and global retail supply chain preferred. Understanding retail merchandising and sourcing is a plus.
  • Communication: Professional and polished presentation skills, both online and in person.
  • Research and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with an inquisitive nature and adaptability.
  • Energy and Drive: A passion for delivering ‘best-in-class’ customer experience and motivating teammates.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office Suite, Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compensation: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
