Business Developer / Music Licensing Agent United Kingdom + Ireland

Cézame Music Agency is an international publishing and production company offering high quality production music and representing independent labels. Our music repertoire is used for scoring in film, television, advertising, and all kinds of audiovisual productions. Our customer base includes TV stations, advertising agencies, film editing and film production professionals, directors, producers and more.

We are looking for a motivated person with a relevant experience in the UK music and media industry to support the international team in the UK in the following activities:

Role Description

• Identification of potential clients
• Client acquisition and client retention
• Conclusion of music licenses and contracts
• Music advice and answering music briefs with tailored music selections
• Represent the company at industry events

Profile

• Native-level English skills required
• Significant experience in the music and/or media industry - ideally in production music
• Solid knowledge of the UK audiovisual and media sector
• Knowledge of music rights management is a plus
• Highly motivated, autonomous, and proactive
• Good sense of networking and business relations
• Existing connections with UK production companies, agencies, post houses, or broadcasters are highly appreciated
