Business Development Manager - Finance

London | International Law Firm | Hybrid

The Firm & The Role

I'm working with a top-tier international law firm with a standout global Finance platform, advising major banks, funds and financial institutions on complex, high-value matters.

They're looking for a sharp, commercially minded BD Manager to support their high-performing London Finance team and drive growth across Europe.

You will:

* Own and deliver the Finance BD plan

* Lead on pitches, RFPs and panel submissions

* Drive campaigns and thought leadership

* Deliver impactful events and profile-raising activity

* Provide market and client intelligence to inform strategy

* Partner closely with senior stakeholders

A visible, fast-paced role with real influence.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Strong BD experience in legal or financial services

* Finance / Banking exposure preferred

* Proven pitch and campaign delivery

* Confident influencing senior partners

* Proactive, organised and commercially sharp
