Role overview:

The Client Growth Manager is a key member of the EMEA Growth Team, responsible for developing integrated content and production solutions that drive commercial growth across both Tag-only and dentsu-integrated opportunities.


This role combines strategic problem solving, client partnership, and commercial awareness, ideal for someone with a solid strategy/planning foundation looking to step into a broader growth-focused position. Solving, client partnership, and commercial awareness

Working closely with the Head of Growth and the Chief Growth Officer, you will help shape responses to client challenges, strengthen relationships, and identify new opportunities across our priority accounts.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Development

  • Support in the the creation of tailored, integrated solutions that address client needs and business challenges.
  • Build trust through consultative problem solving solving and confident articulation of Tag’s capabilities.
  • Ensure solutions reflect best practice across content, creative, technology, and production.


2. Pitch & Proposal Leadership

  • Support and occasionally lead the development of pitch materials, proposals, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and case studies.
  • Ensure all content is high quality quality, on brand, and delivered on deadline.
  • Partner with bid support teams to maintain consistency and accuracy across submissions.


3. Subject Matter Expertise

  • Act as a knowledgeable internal resource on integrated production, working with subject matter experts across the Tag and dentsu networks.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the creative, content, media and CxM landscape, enabling credible recommendations.


4. Client Leadership

  • Be a contact for client requests requiring out-of-scope or new workstream development.
  • Build strong senior client relationships that lead to incremental growth opportunities.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into commercially viable solutions.


5. Strategic Planning

  • Support Tag and Dentsus client teams in the development of proactive growth opportunities
  • Contribute to client growth plans and account strategies, identifying opportunities to expand our footprint.


6. Cross Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Account Leads, Managing Directors, Strategy, Creative, Operations, Legal, Tech, and Finance teams to shape integrated solutions.
  • Ensure strong alignment and communication across internal stakeholders.


7. Market & Industry Insight

  • Stay abreast of category trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to inform recommendations and strengthen our commercial position.


8. Presentation & Communication

  • Confidently present Tag’s thinking, capabilities, and solutions to both internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Build strong relationships across dentsu to drive genuine collaboration.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong communication with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Solid experience in planning/strategy, client development, or hybrid roles within a media, creative or integrated environment (~4–5 years).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams across complex organisations.
  • Confident problem solver who can evaluate creative and strategic output.
  • Strong organisational skills; able to manage deadlines and pressure.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, selfstarterstarter mindset.
  • Proven experience collaborating with creative, design, production or cross functional teams.
  • Ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Demonstrates discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Consistent delivery of high quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.

Quality of Strategic & Commercial Output: Delivery of high quality proposals, briefs, pitch materials, and strategic recommendations that meet internal standards and strengthen our growth narrative.


Effective Cross Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration with internal teams, ensuring efficient workflows and well-coordinated solution development.


Proactive Contribution to Growth Opportunities: Consistent identification and articulation of proactive ideas, insights, and potential opportunities that support the growth team’s objectives.
