Job description

About the Company

Our client is a well-established Print Management company with a strong reputation for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Their commitment to service excellence was recognised when they won Customer Service Team of the Year in 2025.

They are a values-led business that puts customers at the heart of everything they do. To support their continued growth, they are now looking for a proactive and energetic Account Manager to join their collaborative team, delivering high-quality print and digital communications for a diverse range of clients.

The Role

This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. As an Account Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel communication projects, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure every project runs smoothly from brief to final delivery.

You’ll be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage multiple print and mailing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Take detailed client briefs and translate them into clear production instructions for internal teams and suppliers.
  • Coordinate workflows across print, data, digital and fulfilment teams from artwork through to dispatch.
  • Review artwork, proofs and data to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance.
  • Liaise with suppliers to schedule production, manage quality control, and negotiate pricing where appropriate.
  • Handle and review client-supplied data, ensuring it is correctly prepared for personalisation and mailing.
  • Prepare quotes and monitor job costs to maintain profitability and cost control.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service and support upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate mailing and delivery schedules, ensuring postal requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems with job progress.
  • Proactively resolve issues, keeping clients informed and ensuring minimal disruption.

About You

  • Around 5 years’ experience in a similar role within print, mailing, communications, or a related industry.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A detail-focused and proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Keen to learn new skills and contribute to a high-performing customer-focused team.

Why Apply?

You’ll be joining a collaborative and customer-focused organisation that values its people and takes pride in delivering exceptional work. If you’re looking for a role where you can build strong client relationships, manage exciting projects, and grow your career within a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
