You will analyze client performance, manage commercial initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a field‑focused role requiring strong relationship‑building skills, analytical capabilities, and a proactive commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client queries and operational issues promptly to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular client engagement, including 7–10 weekly visits and virtual meetings, to strengthen relationships and gather market insights.
  • Analyze client performance to identify opportunities to increase sales, margin, and overall profitability.
  • Drive growth within existing accounts such as Bedsonline and generate new business opportunities through product expansion, market intelligence, and proactive commercial actions.
  • Prevent churn by detecting risks early and reinforcing commercial agreements and engagement.
  • Prepare KPI reviews, performance packs, and commercial insights to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Log all interactions (visits, calls, opportunities) in Salesforce CRM and use data to inform internal planning and account strategies.
  • Participate in coaching, training, ride‑alongs, and team sessions to continuously improve commercial capabilities.
  • Acquire targeted clients by engaging assigned and new leads, including segmentation of e‑registration clients from Inside Sales.
  • Follow up on accounts to meet sales targets and maximise portfolio performance.
  • Visit priority clients monthly and mass/penetration clients every two months to maintain consistent contact.
  • Attend tradeshows to capture new leads and identify potential prospects.
  • Grade and prioritise leads based on potential and strategic alignment.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, escalating major operational issues through the appropriate internal teams.

Skillset and Experience Required

  • Advanced level of English (must‑have).
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Excellent relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence using KPIs and performance data.
  • Proficient with Salesforce CRM or similar tools.
  • Able to work independently, manage field‑based schedules, and handle multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and attend trade events.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional internal teams.
